Subsidy overview

(1) Contents of the subsidized project

This project is a project that subsidizes businesses that offer international sign language courses and subsidizes the tuition fees of students who meet the requirements.

①Subsidy for tuition fees to those eligible for the project (students)
In accordance with the standards specified by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, please provide the student with a subsidy equivalent to one-half of the tuition fee or the entire amount.The Tokyo metropolitan government will provide subsidies to subsidized businesses for the amount subsidized to students.

② International sign language course management business
The capital will allocate the expenses required for this project to the auxiliary businesses.

Transfer fees for tuition subsidies to students, public relations costs and other expenses related to recruiting candidates for the target project

(2) Requirements for subsidized projects

① The project targets people who live, work, or study in Tokyo.

② The project must be planned and operated by the project organizer himself.

③It is not aimed at political or religious activities.

④The project is widely open to the public, etc.

⑤ The results of implementation shall not belong to any specific person, organization, group, etc.

⑥The project must not have applied for or already been approved for another Tokyo subsidy within the same fiscal year.

(3) Eligible subsidized businesses (organizations implementing international sign language courses)

① Be a social welfare corporation, general incorporated association, public interest incorporated foundation, general incorporated foundation, educational corporation, national university corporation, public university corporation, or specified non-profit corporation.

② Not receiving any subsidies from the national or local government for investment in basic assets or operating expenses.

③The organization must have an office or activity base in Tokyo.

④More than two years have passed since the start of the activity (as of the application date).

⑤ Not engaging in political or religious activities.

⑥Do not engage in activities that violate public order and morals.
