Event location (venue map)

• Please select the activity location and activity time from the above by application form number and apply. Multiple selections are possible.
• Activity times may vary depending on the activity. (There may be breaks in between, and the time may change depending on the actual operation.)
• The meeting time is scheduled to be 30 minutes before the start of the activity. The breakup is scheduled to be about 15 minutes after the activity.
• Details such as meeting time and location will be explained at the "TOKYO CHEER 2025 Volunteer Information Session" to be held separately.
• Please note that you cannot choose anything other than the activity location and time.
• In principle, the event will be held rain or shine. If it rains, tents will be set up at the venue depending on the rainfall situation.

◆Lunch and transportation costs

Lunch will not be provided. A 1,000 yen QUO card will be provided to cover transportation costs to the activity location on the day.

◆ Clothes to wear during activities

Please wear comfortable clothing during the activity. The activity will be outdoors. It is expected that the temperature will be low, so please keep this in mind before applying. Also, please take measures to protect yourself from the cold.

TOKYO CHEER 2025 Volunteer Information Session

An information session will be held for those selected as TOKYO CHEER 2025 volunteers.

Sunday, February 7, 2 2:16-30:17 (scheduled)

Place

Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, 1st floor, Citizens' Hall

• Registration will open 30 minutes before the start of the information session.
• The information session can also be attended online. In addition, we will provide an archived version of the session for those who are unable to attend on the day.
• Successful applicants will be contacted separately with details about the information session.

Precautions

• To participate in this volunteer activity, you must attend the TOKYO CHEER 2025 Volunteer Information Session or watch the archived broadcast.
• Please note that this volunteer position is different from the Tokyo Marathon 2025 volunteers being recruited by the Tokyo Marathon Foundation. Please note that you cannot apply for both positions at the same time.
• Please use public transportation on the day.
• Event insurance will be purchased by the "TOKYO CHEER 2025 Runner Support Event Secretariat" (hereinafter referred to as the Secretariat). There is no personal cost. Please note that insurance will not apply if you do not follow the Secretariat's instructions or if they are deemed inappropriate.
• There may be filming for the city's records and media coverage. Additionally, images and footage of activities and viewings may be used on websites, television, documents, press releases, etc.
• If you have domain settings, please cancel the domain settings or add them to your receiving list so that you can receive emails from "@logoform.jp", "@city-volunteer.metro.tokyo.jp", and "@fujicreative.co.jp".
• Please note that if your email address is incorrect, has been changed, or has a specified domain, we will not be able to send you emails notifying you of the results.
• Minors must obtain parental consent to participate.
