"Healthy exercise program"

2024/ 3/ 12

We have created a video exercise program that people with disabilities can easily participate in in familiar places such as their homes or welfare facilities.

This program takes into account information security and other considerations depending on the characteristics of the disability, and is created for each part of the body based on the assumption that the range of movement of the body varies depending on the disability.

Please use it when you want to move your body easily at home or at a facility.

We have created an "Instruction Manual" so that those who provide exercise guidance can do so safely.

The manual uses photographs and illustrations to explain the movements of each exercise, the parts of the body used, and matters to be considered according to the physical condition of people with disabilities.

Please use it in welfare facilities, sports classrooms, etc.
