Desired application requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements 1 to 12. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be appointed.

1. The person must meet either of the following requirements ① or ②.
   ① Be registered on the list of eligible participants for competitive bidding in Tokyo.
   Being rated A or B for item 190 "Travel" in Item 01 "Other business consignment" in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's list of eligible bidders.
   ② Must have a track record of implementing similar travel services ordered by public institutions (government offices, public organizations, etc.) within Iwate Prefecture.
2. Must have legal personality.
3. We have a head office, branch office, sales office, or similar business base in Iwate Prefecture, and have a system that allows us to immediately visit the Iwate Prefectural Office and respond to requests from the Executive Committee (Iwate Prefecture) regarding the implementation of Iwate Prefecture plans. be in order.
4. A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 22-16 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 167 of 4).
5. A person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 11 of 225) or a person for whom a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings has been filed (rehabilitation prescribed in Article 33, Paragraph 1 of the same Act). ), or a person who has filed a petition to commence reorganization proceedings based on the Corporate Reorganization Act (Act No. 14 of 154), or a person for whom a petition for commencement of reorganization proceedings has been filed. (Excluding those who have received a decision to start reorganization proceedings as prescribed in Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Act).
6. The person must not be in arrears with corporate tax, business tax, consumption tax, or local consumption tax for the past year.
7. Not in the period of exclusionary measures pursuant to Article 62, Paragraph 1 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Guidelines for Countermeasures against Organized Crime Groups (14 Zaikeisho No. 61, dated January 922, 5)
8. If a person involved in the management of a business, such as a business representative, officer (including executive officer), or person representing a branch or business office, is in compliance with the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 3) No. 77) A person who is not a member of an organized crime group as prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 or a person who has a close relationship with an organized crime group (meaning an organized crime group as prescribed in Article 2, Item 2 of the same Act; the same shall apply hereinafter); thing.
9. The applicant must not have been subject to suspension of nomination based on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's criteria for suspension of nomination during the period from the date of application to notification of nomination, etc.
10. During the period from the date of application to notification of nomination, etc., Iwate Prefecture will issue a restriction on bidding participation or a written warning based on the Standards for Measures to Restrict Bidding Participation in General Contracts (No. 23 of October 10, 5). The person must not be subject to any measures that prevent them from participating in bidding.
11. 希望申請を行う日から指名等通知を行うまでの期間に、岩手県から県営建設工事に係る指名停止等措置基準（平成7年2月9日建振第281号）、建設関連業務に係る指名停止等措置基準（平成18年6月6日建技第141号）、物品購入等に係る指名停止等措置基準（平成12年3月30日出総第24号）などに基づく指名停止又は文書警告に伴う非指名を受けていない者であること。
