Desired application requirements

All of the following requirements must be met.

  1. Be registered in the Tokyo Metropolitan List of Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons or the Miyagi Prefecture Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List.
    If you are registered on the Tokyo Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List, you must be rated A or B in Handling Item 190 "Travel" of Business Category 01 "Other Business Outsourcing, etc."
    If you are registered on the Miyagi Prefecture Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List, you must have a business related to domestic travel arrangements such as "travel business" as your main line of business.
  2. The applicant must not be a person with whom there is a capital or personal relationship (a person who falls under the category of ``related company'' in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's registration of qualifications for participation in competitive bidding for goods purchases, etc.).
  3. 東京都契約関係暴力団等対策措置要綱(昭和62(1987)年1月14日付61財経庶第922号)第5条第1項に基づく排除措置期間中でないこと、及び、宮城県入札契約暴力団等排除要綱(平成20(2008)年11月1日施行)に基づく排除措置期間中でないこと。
  4. At the time of applying, the applicant must not have been subject to suspension of nomination based on the criteria for suspension of nomination in Tokyo and Miyagi Prefecture.
  5. Must have a head office or branch office, etc. within Miyagi Prefecture.
