Desired application requirements

Applicants must meet all requirements (1) to (12) below.In addition, even if you submit a request application form, it does not necessarily mean that you will be nominated.

1. (1) A person who meets either of the following requirements (XNUMX) or (XNUMX).
   (XNUMX) Must be registered in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Competitive Bidding Participant List.
   Being rated A or B for item 190 "Travel" in Item 01 "Other business consignment" in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's list of eligible bidders.
   (XNUMX) Have a track record of implementing similar travel services ordered by public institutions (government agencies, public organizations, etc.) in Iwate Prefecture.
2. (2) having legal personality;
3. (3) Having a head office, a branch office, a sales office, or a similar business base in Iwate Prefecture, and immediately visiting the Iwate Prefectural Office in response to a request from the Executive Committee (Iwate Prefecture) regarding the implementation of Iwate Prefecture plans, Have a system in place to deal with it.
4. (4) Those who do not fall under the provisions of Article 22-16 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 167 of 4).
5. (5) A person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Law (Law No. 11 of 225) or a person who has filed a petition for the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings (Article 33(1) of the same law (Excluding those who have received a decision to commence reorganization proceedings stipulated), or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of reorganization proceedings based on the Corporate Reorganization Act (Law No. 14 of 154), or has filed a petition for commencement of reorganization proceedings. (excluding those who have received a decision to commence reorganization proceedings prescribed in Article 41, paragraph 1 of the Act).
6. (6) Those who have not delinquent corporate tax, enterprise tax, consumption tax and local consumption tax for the past year.
7. (7) It is not during the period of elimination measures based on Article 62, Paragraph 1 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Guidelines for Countermeasures against Contract-Related Crime Groups (No. 14, No. 61, dated January 922, 5).
8.
