Desired application requirements

All of the following requirements must be met.

  1. The person must meet either of the following requirements ① or ②.
    (XNUMX) Must be registered in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Competitive Bidding Participant List.
    Being rated A or B for item 190 "Travel" in Item 01 "Other business consignment" in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's list of eligible bidders.
    ② The applicant must have a track record of implementing similar travel services ordered by public institutions within Fukushima Prefecture.
  2. Persons with whom there is a capital or personal relationship (persons who fall under the category of ``related companies'' in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Competitive Auction Participation Eligibility Registration) are not permitted to participate in the bidding.
  3. The organization is not in the period of exclusionary measures pursuant to Article 62, Paragraph 14 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Guidelines for Countermeasures against Organized Crime Groups (61 Zaikeijo No. 922, dated January 3, 77).In addition, the person does not fall under the category of an organized crime group (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group") as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. XNUMX of XNUMX), and is not one of the following: thing.

    ④A person who is an officer, etc. who directly or actively cooperates with or is involved in the maintenance or operation of an organized crime group, such as by providing funds, etc., or providing benefits to an organized crime group or its members.
    ⑤ An officer, etc. has a socially reprehensible relationship with an organized crime group or a member of an organized crime group.
  4. At the time of applying, the applicant must not have been subject to suspension of nomination based on the criteria for suspension of nomination in Tokyo and Fukushima Prefecture.
  5. Must have a head office or branch office, etc. within Fukushima Prefecture.
