Desired application requirements

All of the following requirements must be met.

  1. Be registered in the Tokyo Metropolitan List of Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons or the Miyagi Prefecture Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List.
    If you are registered on the Tokyo Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List, you must be rated A or B in Handling Item 190 "Travel" of Business Category 01 "Other Business Outsourcing, etc."
    If you are registered on the Miyagi Prefecture Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List, you must have a business related to domestic travel arrangements such as "travel business" as your main line of business.
  2. Persons with whom there is a capital or personal relationship (persons who fall under the category of ``related companies'' in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Competitive Auction Participation Eligibility Registration) are not permitted to participate in the bidding.
  3. The period of elimination measures based on Article 62, Paragraph 14 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Guidelines for Countermeasures against Organized Crime Groups Related to Contracts (61 Zaikeisho No. 922, dated January XNUMX, XNUMX) is not in effect, and the Miyagi Prefecture Guidelines for Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups Related to Bid Contracts ( (Effective November XNUMX, XNUMX).
  4. At the time of applying, the applicant must not have been subject to suspension of nomination based on the criteria for suspension of nomination in Tokyo and Miyagi Prefecture.
  5. Must have a head office or branch office, etc. within Miyagi Prefecture.
