We provide opportunities for encounters with competitive sports with the aim of producing athletes from Tokyo who will lead the next generation of parasports. As an athlete, we will promote the continuation and establishment of sports activities.

Parasports competition activity support project

We will provide support for initiatives undertaken by sports organizations that govern Tokyo with the aim of strengthening and developing athletes and training coaches.

Tokyo Para Athlete Strengthening Project

We are providing support to strengthen para-athletes and junior para-athletes with ties to Tokyo so that we can continue to produce athletes with ties to Tokyo who can compete in international competitions.
In addition, we are working to improve the competitiveness of para athletes by creating an environment for para sports staff such as coaches and guide runners who support athletes with ties to Tokyo.

Technical support business

In order to develop athletes raised in Tokyo who can compete in international competitions such as the Olympics, we provide a variety of support from the medical and scientific aspects of sports.

Athlete career support business

We will work with the Japanese Olympic Committee to provide employment support for athletes so that they can establish a livelihood and concentrate on their competitive activities.

Conditioning guide for female athletes

We have created an educational booklet that uses cartoons and illustrations to explain competition and health issues unique to female athletes in an easy-to-understand manner for female junior high and high school students.

Para sports organization system strengthening support project

We provide comprehensive support to parasports organizations operating in Tokyo to strengthen their organizational foundations and improve their management capabilities, and to help them comply with the Sports Organization Governance Code established by the Japan Sports Agency.

Support for the promotion of parasports organizations

In order to create an environment where people with disabilities can easily participate in sports in their local communities, we will provide support to revitalize the activities of local parasports organizations and clubs that serve as a platform for them.
