The Tokyo Metropolitan Government holds a seminar on sports for people with disabilities in collaboration with the Tokyo Sports Association for People with Disabilities, a public interest incorporated association, in order to provide an opportunity for people to engage in sports for people with disabilities.
　This time, we are targeting local sports club personnel, sports promotion committee members, public sports facility employees (including designated management staff), and sports instructors certified by the Japan Sports Association, who are key persons in promoting sports for people with disabilities in the region. We are holding this seminar to provide an opportunity to implement sports projects for people with disabilities.We look forward to receiving your applications.

1. Personal information, photos, etc. collected at this seminar will not be used for any purpose other than those deemed necessary for business operations, reporting, etc., or will not be disclosed or provided to third parties.
2. In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will be conducting temperature checks at the venue and will be distributing a checklist containing the following information, so please submit it.Please note that if you do not meet the following requirements, please refrain from participating.
   
   1. My body temperature today (the day of the seminar) is normal (no fever above 37.5 degrees).
   2. The following items do not apply to you today (the day of the seminar) or within the next two weeks.
      • Not feeling well (e.g. fever, cold symptoms such as cough or sore throat, fatigue or difficulty breathing, abnormal sense of smell or taste, feeling heavy or getting tired easily, etc.)
      • Those who have had the above symptoms and visited a hospital within the past two weeks
      • A family member or close acquaintance who lives with you is suspected of being infected.
      • Have close contact with someone who has tested positive or is suspected of having coronavirus infection within the past 14 days
      • In the past 14 days, you have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required an observation period after entering the country.

3. On the day of the event, please take note of the following points to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
   1. Please come wearing a mask.
   2. In addition to washing your hands frequently, we will provide disinfectant, so please disinfect your hands as appropriate.
   3. Seats will be spaced apart, so please be seated in your designated area.
   4. Please follow all other measures and instructions determined by the facility/organizer.
4. For those who will not participate due to concerns about the spread of the infectious disease, please contact us as we will be distributing materials and responding to questions separately.
5. Based on the future situation of infectious diseases, we may change the capacity, content, etc., or cancel the event.If the event is cancelled, we will contact each applicant individually.
