This is a support facility for people with disabilities in Adachi Ward, which has a capacity of 40 people and provides support for those who require medical care. We provide daily support under the philosophy of "Making every day worthwhile for each person!"

-To prevent the spread of infection, we have been unable to gather on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, so we are looking forward to playing games together.

Itabashi Ward Azusawa Welfare Garden (Itabashi Ward)

This is a care facility located in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo. Currently, 48 people are using the facility. Through recreational activities such as boccia and karaoke, exercise, and productive activities, residents are able to pursue their own interests and pursue their daily activities.

This is a support facility for people with disabilities located in Nakano Ward, Tokyo. The first floor is mainly used by people with physical disabilities, and the second floor is mainly used by people with intellectual disabilities. The facility provides support for admission, daily life care, and short-term admission services. Every year, the facility deepens ties with the local community by holding a festival together with the local community and accepting tours of the facility as part of classes at elementary schools in the ward.

Second Young Horse House (Hachioji City)

This is a care facility located in Hachioji City. Currently, 16 people are using the facility. A variety of daytime activities are carried out, including outings, recreation, exercise, creative activities, and cooking. The facility aims to help residents "live independent lives in the community" and "become the main characters of their own lives," and provides the necessary support to achieve this. The most important thing is the "smiles" of its users.
