In order to effectively and efficiently manage and operate the Tokyo Metropolitan Comprehensive Sports Center for Persons with Disabilities and Tokyo Tama Sports Center for Persons with Disabilities, the Sports Promotion Headquarters is seeking a designated manager to carry out management and operation tasks in accordance with Article 244-15, Paragraph XNUMX of the Local Autonomy Act and Article XNUMX of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Center Ordinance for Persons with Disabilities.

Selection method

The Designated Manager Selection Committee, which includes external members, will review the business plans submitted by the applicant organization based on the criteria set out in Article 16, Paragraph 2 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Center Ordinance for Persons with Disabilities and Article 10 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Center Ordinance for Persons with Disabilities, and then decide on a candidate for the designated manager. The candidate will then be appointed as the designated manager following a resolution from the metropolitan assembly.
