In order to ensure the effective and efficient management and operation of Tokyo Tatsumi Ice Arena, the Bureau of Life, Culture, Sports and Technology is seeking a designated manager to carry out the management and operation of the facility, in accordance with Article 244-2, Paragraph 3 of the Local Autonomy Act and Article 15 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Facilities Ordinance.

Selection method

The Designated Manager Selection Committee, which includes external members, will review the business plans submitted by the applicant organization based on the criteria set out in Article 16, Clause 2 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Facilities Ordinance and Article 13 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Facilities Ordinance, and then decide on the candidates for the designated manager. After that, the designated manager will be appointed after a resolution from the metropolitan assembly.
