In 29, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government set up a committee of experts to conduct research on the causal relationship between sports and health promotion.

Based on the results of this research, we have created a booklet and a summary pamphlet that describe the effects of sports on improving health, as well as the types and frequency of sports we recommend for Tokyo residents, so please take a look.
