　Tokyo Metropolitan Wakasu Seaside Park and Wakasu Seaside Park Yacht Training Center will be used as the official triathlon (motorcycle) practice venue, reception area for yachts from Enoshima Yacht Harbor, and transport vehicle depot (depot) during the Tokyo 2020 Games. However, as these uses and related construction work will be carried out while the golf links and yacht training facilities continue to operate, it is difficult to predict the impact on the management and operation of the facilities.
　In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the Tokyo 2020 Games and the smooth management and operation of both facilities, we have sincerely managed both facilities, are familiar with both facilities, and have achieved good results in annual evaluations. The current designated manager was selected by special order.

• Based on my past experience as a designated manager, I am aware that as a manager of a public golf course, I will be able to meet a variety of needs.
• In addition to proposing services from the user's perspective, such as making golf course reservations online in principle, we are expanding the base of users by offering preferential treatment days for people with disabilities and women, parent-child lessons, and XNUMX-hole play. Efforts are being planned for this purpose.
• Understanding that the environment is a landfill created from accumulated garbage, we conduct regular scientific analyzes of the soil and turfgrass, and modify the slope of the green to allow for drainage and rolling. You can see the countermeasures taken into consideration.
• We have an organization and personnel system with appropriate skills and knowledge, and we have also established an external evaluation committee to ensure proper management.
• The company has a strong track record of management and operation, and has a good management foundation.
