office de exercise

Last year, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government collaborated with the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry to implement the ``Office de Exercise,'' a model project for establishing the habit of exercise in companies, which provides programs that can be easily undertaken in the workplace.
We would like to inform you that we have created a guidebook to introduce the exercise program implemented in this project.

Record

1 Overview

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is promoting initiatives to raise the rate of sports participation among Tokyo residents to 2020% by 1, the highest level in the world, including by creating an atmosphere in which people want to play sports and securing sports facilities.
According to a public opinion poll conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 28 among Tokyo residents aged 2016 and over, the percentage of people in their prime working age from 18 to 20 who participate in sports is below average. In collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, we implemented ``Office de Exercise,'' a model project for establishing exercise habits in companies, which provides programs that can be easily undertaken in the workplace.
This guidebook provides an easy-to-understand introduction to programs that can be easily implemented in the workplace and their benefits using diagrams and photos. We also feature interviews with corporate managers who are involved in employee sports activities, as well as the efforts of the 29 Tokyo Sports Promotion Model Companies.
