In order to convey the historical value and social significance of the Tokyo 2020 Games to the future, we have opened a place on the first floor of SusHi Tech Square in Yurakucho where you can exhibit assets from the Tokyo 2020 Games and experience the competition.

In addition, in conjunction with the opening of this exhibition, approximately 1,000 physical assets from all archives managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government have been digitized and posted on the Tokyo 2020 Games Digital Archive, some of which can be viewed in 360 degrees.

We are exhibiting assets that allow you to experience the legacy of the Tokyo 2020 Games by theme, such as the history of the Tokyo XNUMX Games from their bid to the Games, the opening and closing ceremonies, and the competitions.

In addition, in relation to the Paris 3 Games, which are just around the corner, the third exhibition will feature displays of competition equipment for sports such as cycling and judo, which are popular in France, and a VR competition experience corner for fencing, which originated in France. We will be holding an exhibition leading up to the Paris 2024 Games!

2 Tokyo 2020 Games Digital Archive

In conjunction with the opening of the TOKYO 2020 Legacy Exhibition, the content of the digital archive has been expanded to include approximately 1,000 physical archive assets managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
Furthermore, for some assets, we will introduce a 360D view that allows you to freely rotate the asset 3 degrees.You can take a close look at the behind-the-scenes of the podium and the detailed design of the medals, which you can't usually see, so please take a look.
