We have created a “Conditioning Guide for Female Athletes”
~Best performance comes from proper physical condition management~

We have created a promotional and enlightenment booklet that uses cartoons and illustrations to provide easy-to-understand content for female athletes regarding competition and health issues that are unique to female athletes.
In order to help female junior high and high school athletes learn how to deal with their own bodies and properly manage their physical condition (conditioning) so as not to damage their health, we provide information on physical characteristics during the growing period (menstrual cycles, nutritional problems, etc.) and daily routines. Introducing points to keep in mind when participating in competitive activities.
We hope that junior and senior high school girls, their instructors, and their parents will take a look at this site and deepen their understanding.

the purpose

In order to improve the competitiveness of athletes, in addition to strengthening their technical and psychological aspects, it is important to manage their condition on a daily basis with a focus on sports medicine and scientific support. In order to prevent female athletes who are in their growing stage from harming their health by having difficulty discussing changes in their physical condition and issues specific to women, or by having to deal with these issues on their own, we will disseminate information such as pamphlets that contain correct knowledge and points. It was created to promote understanding and support the improvement of competitive ability.
