The 2024 ACC Asian Canoe Sprint & Para Canoe Championships will be held at the Sea Forest Aquatic Stadium. This event also serves as the "Paris 2024 Canoe Sprint Asian Continental Qualifier."
We would like to invite Tokyo residents to participate in a canoe experience, venue tour, etc. Our experienced staff will guide you, so even if you have never been in a canoe or seen a canoe competition, please apply!
Canoe sprint is a sport where the speed of running across calm water is an attractive sport. Anyone can watch the tournament for free. Please feel free to come to the venue.
Tournament name: 2024 ACC Asian Canoe Sprint & Paracanoe Championship
(Paris 2024 Canoe Sprint Asian Continental Qualifier)
Date: April 6th (Thursday) to April 2024st (Sunday), 4
Venue: Uminomori Aquatic Stadium (3-6-44 Uminomori, Koto-ku, Tokyo)
*During the event period, a free shuttle bus will be operated between Kokusai Tenjijo Station and the venue.
This project will be implemented as a support event for the ``International Sports Tournament Attraction and Hosting Support Project'' as part of giving back to the citizens of Tokyo.
Date: Saturday, April 6, 2024 4:20-10:00
Number of people: 12 groups, 24 people (1 elementary school student, 1 guardian)
Target: Elementary school students living and attending school in Tokyo (4th grade and above, accompanied by a guardian)
Contents: 《Canoeing Experience》 After a lecture by the athletes, there will be a canoeing experience.
At the end, a competition will be held using the competition course and a record certificate will be presented.
[Spectator] You can watch the competition from dedicated spectator seats.
Date: April 6th (Friday), 2024th (Saturday), 4st (Sunday), 19
Target: Elementary school students and above who live, work, or attend school in Tokyo (Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian)
Contents: [Venue tour] You will get a behind-the-scenes look at the operation of the tournament, including areas reserved for players and referees.
[Spectator] You can watch the competition from dedicated spectator seats.
