*About the dance song “Shuwashuwa☆Deaflympics!”

This song was created by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in preparation for the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics, which will be held for the first time in Japan, with the aim of giving children an opportunity to learn sign language vocabulary. This dance incorporates movements from sign language words into part of the choreography, so whether you can hear or not, you can dance and have fun together.

The children are enjoying the Deaflympics! dancing
