Regarding prohibited acts common to all metropolitan sports facilities

We would like to inform you that the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has established the following prohibitions at all metropolitan sports facilities.

1 Prohibited matters at metropolitan sports facilities

A. Acts that disrupt order in the facility and harm good morals.

B Acts that damage facilities

C. Criminal acts such as voyeurism and theft

(d) Acts that cause trouble to other users or neighbors.

E. Acts that lead to human rights violations (discrimination, abuse, etc.)

(f) Acts of forcing a particular ideology or religion

G. Holding illegal sales seminars

H. Illegal buying and selling of dangerous goods, drugs, etc.

(iii) Violence, abusive language, and threatening behavior toward other users and administrators.

Other acts that violate laws and regulations

Other acts that the facility deems to be detrimental to the management and operation of the facility.

2 Suspension of use

If any of the following events occur, approval for use of the facility may be immediately revoked, use may be restricted, or suspended.

A. If there is a false statement in the application for use.

(b) When the user engages in an act that causes police intervention.

C. When the prohibited matters listed in XNUMX are confirmed.

D. When application or use by a person associated with an organized crime group as specified in the Tokyo Metropolitan Organized Crime Elimination Ordinance (Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance No. 23 of March 3, 18) is approved.

3 Notes

Please note that facility staff may conduct on-site inspections to confirm usage status.

Additionally, the facility will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user in the event that the facility cancels approval for use, restricts, or suspends use as described above.
