Sports Integrity Promotion Project “2nd Training Session for Instructors” held

In recent years, efforts have been made in the sports world to resolve various issues such as violence and harassment by coaches, but various scandals still occur.In order to prevent such incidents, it is necessary to promote sports with integrity, fairness, and safety.
 In order for athletes to participate in sports with peace of mind, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is asking Tokyo sports organizations, coaches, etc. to reaffirm their responsibilities as people involved in sports, and to help prevent accidents. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Metropolitan Athletic Association"), we will be holding the following training to promote sports integrity*.
 We hope you will join us for this opportunity to hear the voices of athletes who have played on the world stage and hear the teaching methods of coaches who have participated in national competitions.

   

*What is "Sports Integrity"?
 Honesty, soundness, and integrity in sports.This refers to a state in which there is no injustice such as doping, match-fixing, illegal gambling, violence, harassment, discrimination, or lack of organizational governance.
