In recent years, efforts have been made in the sports world to resolve various issues such as violence and harassment by coaches, but various scandals still occur.In order to prevent such incidents, it is necessary to promote sports with integrity, fairness, and safety.
 In order for athletes to engage in sports with peace of mind, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government is asking athletic organizations and coaches in Tokyo to reaffirm their responsibilities as people involved in sports, and to contribute to the prevention of accidents.
