~Continuing to take on challenges with two careers~
“Dual Career Seminar for Athlete” held

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is implementing the "Athlete Career Support Project" to support the employment and employment of current athletes so that top athletes aiming to compete on the international stage such as the Olympics and Paralympics can continue competing with peace of mind.

We will be holding the following seminar to help you deepen your understanding of the life and career of athletes with an eye on competitive activities and life after retirement.

In this seminar, we will share with you how we think about career plans for athletes through the experiences of athletes who have actually balanced their ``competition'' and ``work,'' as well as from experts who have adopted dual careers.

We welcome the participation of athletes, coaches, parents, and other people involved with athletes.
