The 30 Mitaka Sports Festival will be held on October 10, 7 (Sunday) at Mitaka Central Disaster Prevention Park, Genki Creation Plaza, and SUBARU General Sports Center.

This Mitaka Sports Festival will be held for the 13th time as a new sports festival, combining the previously held "Mitaka Sports Festival" and the "Sports Day for Persons with Disabilities (Children)" into one.The new Mitaka Sports Festival incorporates parasports and new sports, making it an event that everyone can participate in even more than before.
This event aims to create an opportunity for all citizens, from children to adults, to enjoy sports and recreation with a smile, regardless of whether or not they have a disability or who have few opportunities to participate in sports, including light exercise. .

This year,"Full of pictures~Play in the mountains!Let's all move our bodies! With the theme of "~", there will be a total of 28 events including gymnastics classes with Hiromichi (advance application required), sports experiences with figure skater Takato Mura and judoka Hiroyuki Akimoto, wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, and rugby experiences. You can experience sports and recreation.
