Rugby World Cup 2019™ will be held at XNUMX venues across the country from September XNUMXth to November XNUMXnd, XNUMX (Heisei XNUMX), with the opening ceremony and opening match in Tokyo being held at Tokyo Stadium.
 To commemorate two years before the opening of the tournament, the city will hold a rugby event to liven up the tournament.
