We invited professional instructors to provide know-how useful for finding employment, such as how to write a resume that takes advantage of the athlete's characteristics and how to respond well in interviews.

Interaction with senior athletes

We created an opportunity for participants to receive advice from senior athletes who are balancing competitive activities and work, based on their experiences, such as what led them to seek employment and what made them happy about finding employment.

Dual career awareness seminar

In order to deepen understanding of athlete careers, we introduced the background and significance of dual careers, as well as success stories, and conveyed the concept of athlete career planning.

Exhibiting at an industrial exchange exhibition

We will set up a booth at the Industrial Exchange Exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight to spread awareness about the employment of athletes by introducing the benefits of hiring athletes, examples of companies that employ them, and messages from athletes aiming to compete on the world stage. Ta.
