I've loved running since I was little, and I've been participating in local athletics competitions since I was in junior high school. This year, my goal is to compete not only in local athletics competitions, but also in the Japan Para Athletics Championships and Japan Para Athletics Championships organized by the Japan Para Athletics Federation, and to improve my personal best. My ultimate goal is to participate in the Asian Youth Para Games in 2025 and win a medal. To achieve this, I will work hard at my daily practice and training, cherishing each and every day and working hard towards my goal.
