I have been bowling as a visually impaired person using guide rails for 24 years, and through daily practice I have become able to produce consistent scores.
I have participated in many international tournaments hosted by IBSA and IBF, as well as various tournaments hosted by various countries, and have won many medals, but in order to continue this achievement, I will need financial support. Since I retired from my job as a teacher at a school for the blind this year, I have felt the burden, so I would like to receive support from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. In addition, receiving the Sports Achievement Award from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Toshima Ward has encouraged me to work hard on my bowling, and I will also work hard to train volunteers and players who will be the future leaders of the sport.
