Equestrianism is the only Olympic sport where the rider and horse become one in the performance. Last year, I met a new horse partner. My goal this year is to express the quality and performance of the horse. In my case, I ride holding the reins with one hand. The horse understands this and moves accordingly. It's a fascinating sport. Also, with the World Championships coming up next year, I'm considering traveling overseas. I started equestrianism at the age of 44, and it's already been 16 years. It's a sport that doesn't discriminate based on age, so I'll keep doing my best.
