Ariake cauldron (torch for competition period)

During the Tokyo 2020 Games, a torch stand was set up on the Ariake side of the Yumenohashi Bridge in the Tokyo waterfront area.The cauldron was reinstalled in Symbol Promenade Park (next to the Stone and Light Square) in October 4, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will manage it as a valuable legacy of the Games, and it will serve as an element to create new liveliness in the waterfront area. Armistice Mural/Paralympic Mural

*The Truce Mural is a monument on which athletes can sign with a prayer for peace. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government produced five Truce Murals and three Paralympic Murals using materials from Tama, and set them up in the Athletes' Village during each tournament. Route markers (distance indicators) have been installed on roads that will serve as the cycling road race course for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, so that cyclists and others can recognize them as a legacy.
